Incident reporting

Welcome to Kvarken Port's incident reporting for external actors. In case of deviations, risk observations, and other errors that are not urgent, please report these via our external portal.

To report via the portal, click on the "Incident reporting portal" at the bottom of the page, which will take you to the portal located on an external page. In the portal, select:

  • Under Välj arbetsställe, select Felanmälan extern.
  • Under Välj kategori, select either Felanmälan extern or Riskobservation and then fill in the form. Risk observation can be sent confidential.
