Visitor Registration to Port of Umeå

To increase control over who moves within the port area and to ensure that visitors have received information regarding the rules when moving within the area, we have introduced new procedures for visitors.

All visitors to Umeå Port must be registered in advance. This applies to business visits, private visits, and contractors who will perform temporary work within the port area.

Visitor registration should be made well in advance of the planned visit by filling out the form on our website. The person who will receive the visitor is responsible for making the registration. The following information must be provided when registering:

• Visitor's name
• Company (if applicable)
• Purpose of the visit
• Contact person at the port
• Date and estimated time of the visit
• Registration number if the visitor arrives by vehicle

Upon arrival, the visitor must report to the Guard.
